Claimed to be built with the ruggedness and reliability as its flagship VSI vertical design series, the HSI will provide an operator-friendly horizontal configuration to label converters.

It has web widths of 330mm and 440mm, a 1,000fpm running speed, an extra-large inspection table, a 37in high-editing area, an easily accessible slitting module, and a convenient straightforward web path and finished roll rewind location.
With its end-to-end servo control design, HSI also comes with Rotoflex URC 2.0 proprietary control system carrying simple menus and an intuitive interface, which enable operators to view all functions from one screen.
Given its small footprint, it is configurable for different vision inspection solutions and provides a range of options such as the new biometric (fingerprint) authentication for operator access and the Rotoflex exclusive report management system (RMS).
RMS produces several detailed, customisable reports on many variable aspects of performance such as runtime, defects, production volume and scrap generation, besides comparing outputs of multiple equipment.
