The Polar CuttingSystem, which is said to be the first of its kind in Georgia, includes a stack lift, jogger and counting scale.

The stack lift LW 1000-4 helps in providing a user-friendly working height by automatic lifting and lowering of palletised cutting material.

The automatic jogger incorporated in the machine prepares new material outside the cutting machine.
The uniformity and quality of the final product can be achieved by the precise alignment of the material to be cut, as well as increasing cutting accuracy.
Polar claims that there is an improvement in the formation of blocks from the reams to be cut owing to the air removal feature.
The counting scale used to precisely measure the amount of printed sheets makes it suitable for processing labels, packaging material, postcards and business cards.
The OptiKnife equipped in the machine provides an extended operating life to the knife, as well as faster knife change.
Besides the new Polar CuttingSystem, Sharavandi already employs three Polar 92 guillotines.
