The company’s overall hiring activity increased by 16.63% in July 2021 when compared with June 2021.
IT jobs claimed an 8.17% share in the company’s total hiring activity in July 2021, and recorded a 0.42% down over the last three-month average share.
Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops The Procter & Gamble IT hiring in July 2021
Out of the total IT job titles posted by The Procter & Gamble, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 56.25% in July 2021, and a 5.26% drop over June 2021, while Computer and Information Research Scientists claimed a share of 18.75% in July 2021, and registered a 45.45% decline. Database and Network Administrators and Architects held a share of 18.75% in July 2021, a flat growth from June 2021.
North America drives IT hiring at The Procter & Gamble
North America emerged as the leading region in the global packaging IT hiring activity in July 2021 with a 46.88% share, which marked a 16.67% drop over the previous month.
Europe stood next with 28.13%, registering a 50% month-on-month decline. Asia-Pacific was the third leading region with a 15.63% share and a flat growth over June 2021.
In the fourth place was South & Central America with a share of 9.38% and a month-on-month increase of 200%.
The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s packaging industry IT hiring activity with a 46.88% share in July 2021, a 6.25% decline over June 2021. Poland featured next with a 15.63% share, down 50% over the previous month. Costa Rica recorded a 9.38% share, an increase of 200% compared with June 2021.
Junior Level jobs lead The Procter & Gamble IT hiring activity in July 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 62.5%, down by 25.93% from June 2021. Mid Level positions with an 18.75% share, a decline of 45.45% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 18.75% share, up 200% over June 2021.
