The female die element includes multiple blocks and springs that apply opening and closing forces along the moulding orientation, ensuring proper functionality during the manufacturing process.

Furthermore, the mould incorporates cooling circuits for both the male and female die elements, with a recirculation duct traversing the blocks to efficiently cool the components. The male die element features an annular body with a slide cavity and a central block for molding and releasing the closures. Additionally, a pressurizing duct is connected to the slide cavity to aid in the extraction process. The design also includes specific features such as toothed bush, receiving bush, and communication passages for the passage of air and/or water, enhancing the overall functionality of the mould for producing high-quality closures efficiently.
