US-based in-line container leak inspection equipment manufacturer Air Logic Power Systems (ALPS) is set to unveil a new bottle leak inspection machine.
The SX Flex Linear leak inspection machine can be placed directly over existing conveyors, and uses in-built gate cylinders to gate and stop bottles.

According to ALPS, the containers are continuously fed by the conveyor while a gate cylinder regulates bottles into the testing area.
The machine is suitable for stable bottle designs that gate and stop with a continuously moving conveyor, as well as for production lines.
