Designed to be fully recyclable, PetainerCooler is compatible with existing filling equipment and washing machines.

Compared to traditional polycarbonate coolers, Petainer’s BPA-free coolers eliminate health concerns with regards to chemical use.

The cooler is shrink-resistant to less than 40 washing cycles at 63°C / 145°F, and can survive horizontal and vertical drop tests from 1.5m.

PetainerCooler is transparent and features a blue handle with high scuff resistance.

Evidel operations manager Niko Claeys said: "Petainer’s water cooler can be filled in the same way as existing polycarbonate bottles and can be washed at a lower temperature which results in energy savings but without compromising sanitisation."

Petainer noted that BPA is a harmful synthetic compound usually found in plastic packaging made from polycarbonate.
