US-based visual marketing solutions provider Coloredge has purchased Color By Number, a supplier of package prototyping and design services, for an undisclosed sum.

With the completion of the deal, Color By Number has become a division of Coloredge and will continue to serve its existing clients from its office in New York City, US.

Color By Number will also continue to be led by its founder, Lisa McGowan.

Coloredge president and CEO Jeb Ball said: “The addition of Color By Number complements our packaging studios in Los Angeles and Atlanta, while giving Coloredge a strong, local presence for New York-area brands.

“Equally important, Lisa McGowan is a subject matter expert on packaging development and very highly regarded in the industry.”

The latest deal is among several other strategic acquisitions that Coloredge has made in recent years to support its revenue growth.
