The EcoShield Barrier Coating can be applied by the manufacturers onto their Kraft paper, recycled paper and linerboard in order to develop fully recyclable and repulpable paper and boxes that would be able to resist moisture, oil and grease.

Papers or linerboard coated with the moisture barrier coating system can attain a very low moisture vapour transmission rate (MVTR) compared to that of polycoated or waxed paper.
