
An Cuong Wood Working has received $30m in investment from VinaCapital Vietnam Opportunity Fund (VOF) and Deutsche Investitions- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft (DEG).
According to the terms of the transaction, VOF will acquire a 20% stake in wood-working and decorative materials company An Cuong Wood Working, which intends to further strengthen its business in the market.
Steel Funding has secured $700m by its Eurobond offering, which has a seven-year maturity. The bonds have an interest rate of 4.5% per annum.
Based in Dublin, Steel Funding is a subsidiary of Russia’s OJSC Novolipetsk Steel (NLMK), a manufacturer of flat steel, semi-finished, and electrical steel products.
NH Foods will acquire a 20% stake in dairy producer Hokkaido Milk Products via a private placement. The two companies will also form a joint venture to produce yogurt.
Biostime International Holdings will raise $400m by issuing senior notes bearing a coupon rate of 7.25% per annum in a public offering. The interest on the five-year senior notes will be payable semi-annually.
