Euphorium Bakery

Private equity and venture capital firm H2 Equity  Partners has acquired a majority interest in Dutch seafood processor Klaas Puul.

The CEO of Klaas Puul will assist in finance, IT  and HR operations following the transaction. The  shares of the company will be held by H2 Equity  Partners, the founding family Mooijer and the management.

Tesco, a multi-national grocery and general  merchandise retailer, will sell its Euphorium bakery business to Soho Coffee, a coffee shop chain operator.

Soho Coffee will acquire four stores along with the bakery located in Islington as part of the transaction.
