Films and bags specialist EcoCortec has expanded its plant in Beli Manastir, Croatia, with the installation of a new extrusion line to increase capacity by 50%.
The move comes in response to increasing consumer demand.

The plant’s planned phase 2 construction and expansion is currently underway, and includes a new production hall with three new extrusion lines.
This expansion will allow the company to produce vapor phase corrosion inhibitor (VpCI) paper and to store Cortec chemical products.
EcoCortec manufactures Cortec Corporation’s VpCI films, which are said to be important in the corrosion-protection business.
Tested in Cortec’s ISO/IEC-17025 accredited laboratory, the products manufactured by the company are exported to all European and Asian countries.
