ePac Poland North is a partnership between ePac and flexible printed circuit board manufacturer mFlex.

It will operate from mFlex’s flexible production facility, which already uses digital printing technologies.

ePac Holdings Europe managing director Johnny Hobeika said: “Bringing our great business model to Poland to help local brands there is hugely exciting.

“These are of course very challenging times, but despite the pandemic, we have been able to continue with our plans and, together with mFlex, offer our Polish customers a local and unique solution to their flexible packaging needs.”

ePac Poland North will be led by managing partners Jacek Ciosek and Marcin Kowalski.

The production plant has started deliveries for local customers serving brands of all sizes.

ePac plans to expand the facility by investing in press and pouch lines to meet the demands of its growing customer base.

The expansion will increase the company’s sales network and production operations across Europe.

Jacek Ciosek said: “We welcome the opportunity to help small and medium-sized brands across the region grow and compete with large consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies.

“Across the globe, ePac has an established presence focused on helping local entrepreneurs achieve their dreams and be accretive to the communities we serve.”

In October last year, ePac announced plans to open a full-service sales and manufacturing facility in Kansas City, Missouri.

The facility will serve brands of all sizes and is due to open this year.
