The containers have a dual, quick-lock tab closure for easy locking that minimises spills, and their structure combines ribbing for improved strength and fibre to help extend the content’s freshness and prevent the food from becoming soggy.
Huhtamaki said the food containers come in small, large and extra large, as well as square and rectangular sizes.
The company has also introduced a three-compartment hinged container, which can be used for fast food items such as burgers, fish and chips, burritos and nachos, as well as for pies, mash and jacket potatoes.
