US-based Inovar Packaging Group has extended its product capabilities through the acquisition of compatriot Kiliper for an undisclosed sum.
Kiliper produces stretch sleeves, roll-fed labels, polybags, and printed film products.

It operates as a second-generation, family-run company with expertise in wide-web flexo printing and converting.
The company supplies products to customers working in various sectors, such as food and beverage, pet food, household chemicals, industrial supplies, and janitorial and sanitation.
Kiliper is managed by siblings Tom Kiliper and Lindsay Maysent, who will continue in their roles as co-presidents.

Last year, Inovar acquired ModTek, a label production business in Pennsauken Township, New Jersey.
ModTek focuses on pressure-sensitive and extended content labels for markets such as food, beverages, and consumer goods.
