Avery Dennison Corporation has agreed upon a $75m acquisition of Hanita Coatings RCA from Hanita kibbutz and Tene Investment Fund.

Based in the US, Avery Dennison offers labelling and packaging materials and solutions for the customers worldwide.

Klockner Pentaplast (Klockner Pentaplast Group) has agreed to a 100% interest acquisition in Farmamak Ambalaj Maddeleri ve Ambalaj Makineleri Sanayii ve Ticaret (Farmamak) from Gozde Girisim Sermayesi Yatirim Ortakligi, for a total of $46.11m.

Klockner Pentaplast Group manufactures rigid films for the pharmaceutical, medical devices, food, and consumer packaging and beverages industries.

Pact Group Holdings has agreed to acquire Australian Pharmaceutical Manufacturers (APM).

The deal implies a purchase consideration of $68.12m, which will be funded through a combination of bank debt and equity.

APM offers manufacturing and packaging services for nutraceuticals in Australia.

KPMG International Cooperative is the financial adviser to APM on the transaction, which is scheduled for completion by 16 September 2016.
