Golden West Packaging Group (GWP) has completed the acquisition of custom packaging company PackageOne.

Both the companies involved in the transaction are based in the US.

On behalf of Harmony Gowell, Singapore-based investment banking company Tata Capital Markets has entered an agreement with China Flexible Packaging Holdings Limited (CFPHL) to acquire the remaining 48.1% stake in CFPHL for SG$1.25 ($0.90) a share in cash.

Harmony Gowell is a Hong Kong-based special-purpose vehicle that holds 51.9% voting rights of CFPHL with more than seven million shares.

Based in Bermuda, CFPHL is engaged in the manufacturing of plastic packaging films, synthetic papers and high-barrier films.
