Drukarnia Ekspres specialises in solid and corrugated cardboard packaging and wrapping business.

All the companies involved in the acquisition are based in Poland.

Turkey-based flexible packaging manufacturer, KOROZO Ambalaj San.ve Tic, has entered an agreement with European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), Actera Group, and ESAS Holding to sell majority of its stake.

EBRD is a UK-based finance and capital market services provider, while Actera and ESAS Holding are Turkey-based private equity firms.
