Tetra Pak has announced that it has acquired Johnson Industries International, with the aim of expanding its technology portfolio and improving its position in the cheese market.
Based in the US, the target company designs and manufactures mozzarella cheese production equipment and lines.
US-based Ranpak has acquired e3neo, a packaging automation company based in France.
The target company will operate as a separate business unit in the acquirer company.
