US-based supply chain solutions provider NFI has started construction of a facility for product and retail packaging services provider Quality Packaging Specialists International (QPSI) at Florence Crossings, New Jersey.
Once completed, the 377,440ft² facility will house QPSI’s new corporate headquarters and packaging supply chain centre.

Designed by KSS Architects, the facility will provide QPSI with easy access to major highways, including the New Jersey Turnpike, Route 295, Interstate 95, and the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
Arco Design / Build NE is the general contractor of the project, which is expected to be completed by April 2017.
Quality Packaging Specialists International CEO Mike Ricketts said: “Florence provides an ideal location for our corporate headquarters.
“NFI has made the process smooth as we look to our new innovation centre as a place to provide robust packaging solutions and create greater value for our customers.”

QPSI provides outsourced packaging supply chain solutions for the pharmaceutical, health, beauty and consumer goods sectors.
In April, the New Jersey Economic Development Authority approved a ten-year, $22.8m Grow New Jersey award for QPSI to expand its operations in the US state.
QPSI is planning a 361,665ft² space in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, US.
