American Holt and DMA Solution focus on the design and production of components used in packaging for industries including beverages, food, protein, and home care products.
Pride Engineering manufactures specialised components for aluminium can production.
With operations in Massachusetts, Quebec, and Minnesota, AmHolt’s workforce will be integrated into ProMach’s Primary Packaging division.

Amholt’s former CEO Cliff Gilbert will take on the position of senior vice president within ProMach’s Primary Packaging unit.

In recent years, ProMach has expanded with a series of acquisitions.
Last month, it acquired DFT Technology, a company specialising in the thermal treatment of food products.
In 2024, ProMach acquired Mexican pressure-sensitive and radio-frequency identification (RFID) labels producer Etiflex.
This followed the acquisitions of Italian flexible packaging machinery manufacturer Reepack in 2022 and Serpa Packaging Solutions in 2021.
