
Indian technology solutions provider Redington has teamed up with The Printer House (TPH) to handle the distribution and support of the Orient L&P Series, a digital printing system for label and packaging applications.
Redington will be responsible for sales, service and consumables for the Orient L&P Series throughout India.

The alliance represents Redington’s move beyond commercial printing into the packaging and labelling space, according to CXO Media.
Orient L&P Series by TPH is designed and manufactured in India.
The partnership intends to enhance access to these solutions in both domestic and international markets, supporting the government’s Make in India initiative via Redington’s distribution and service network.
Redington digital printing vice-president Ramesh KS stated: “As we continue to strengthen our presence in the digital printing ecosystem, we are delighted to announce our partnership with The Printer House, under which Redington will exclusively manage the sales, service, and support for the Orient L&P Series.

According to industry estimates cited by CXO Media, the Indian packaging industry will exceed $80bn by 2026, supported by expansion in e-commerce, fast-moving consumer goods and export manufacturing.
