Australian food packaging supplier tna has introduced a new ultra-high-speed case packer, ropac 5, for flexible bag packaging applications.
Developed under tna’s performance 5.0 packaging system, the ropac 5 machine can pack up to 300 bags per minute.

The new 1,220mm-wide and 2,120mm-tall side-load case packer uses tna’s patented semi-rotary bag stacking technology to quickly and efficiently pack small to medium, pillow-style snack bags into secondary containers.
Suitable for various snack food manufacturing applications, the compact machine is specifically designed to fit in line of the vertical form fill sealing machine (VFFS) system.

Furthermore, the new tna ropac 5 includes semi-automatic, tool-less changeovers that take less than ten minutes to complete.
