By GlobalDataThe product design does not feature any secondary inner seals and allows for refills/re-use.
Ultimate-E is aimed at reducing merchandise damage during shipping, resulting in offering savings to the e-commerce market channel.
TriMas president and CEO Thomas Amato said: “Each of TriMas’ businesses focuses on product and process innovation to improve and grow.”
“Rieke’s Ultimate-E trigger sprayer design is an excellent example of working collaboratively with customers to understand needs, even in the most dynamic environment, and offering practical product solutions.”
According to the company, Ultimate-ETM is available in two variants, with one for health, beauty and homecare products, and the other for industrial applications.
Customers using the trigger sprayer need not use secondary packaging to prepare products for shipping, leading to the elimination of additional processing time and cost.
Ultimate-ETM removes the need for adding tape on closure and nozzle-locking mechanisms, bubble wrap, and sealing products in zipper bags to contain leaks or shipping trigger sprayers separately.
In addition to sprayers, Rieke designs plastic closure and dispensing systems, including foamers, and pumps, steel and plastic closure caps and drum closures.
