UK-based luxury packaging manufacturer Pollard Boxes has acquired design manufacturer Clarke Rubicon for an undisclosed sum.
Clarke Rubicon manufactures presentation packaging and supplies several products to both the retail and commercial sectors.Pollard Boxes specialises in the design and production of new packs for luxury drinks, beauty and personal care, gifts, multi-media, publishing, and games markets.

The merger combines the businesses’ complementary skills and will provide customers a wide choice of packaging solutions with improved service and support.

Following the deal, Clarke Rubicon will continue to trade from its site in Stephenson Industrial Estate in Coalville, retaining its existing management team.
