US-based eLiquid flavour manufacturer Vapergate has selected FoldedColor Packaging for the production of 16 custom-branded varieties of cartons for its range of vaping juices.
Produced in the company’s facility in Lakewood, Colorado, the 16 juice varieties are packed in 30mm, 60mm or 120mm bottles that contain product labels and childproof caps.

Each bottle is then placed in a carton manufactured by FoldedColor Packaging whose graphics and colours represent the brand and flavour profile of the particular juice.
Vapergate’s Yosh Yoshikawa said: “When we first started in 2013, we just shipped the bottles.
“Over time, companies in this industry began moving towards boxes because boxes improve shelf appeal in the retail aisle. They’re also easily stackable, so they utilise the real estate better.
“Since the original order, we have placed several more orders for some of our top sellers, including our most popular ‘Smurf’ blue raspberry slushy flavour.
