Jessup Manufacturing Company has acquired D&K Coating Technologies, a provider of custom and toll coating services based in Janesville, Wisconsin. 

Financial details of the deal were not made public. 

D&K Coating Technologies will retain its brand and continue serving customers from its Janesville site. 

The purchase covers the assets and operations of D&K Coating Technologies in Janesville. The business had previously been part of D&K Group, based in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. 

The agreement relates only to D&K Coating Technologies and excludes the other businesses and operations of D&K Group. 

The companies said there will be no immediate changes for customers in products, services, or contact points. 

Jessup Manufacturing Company, headquartered in McHenry, Illinois, makes specialty coated materials, tapes, films, and converting solutions for industrial, graphics, safety, and speciality markets.
