Tetra Pak restructures executive leadership team 

The changes came into force on 1 December 2025, with all new appointees reporting directly to president and CEO Adolfo Orive.

Food packaging company Tetra Pak has restructured its executive leadership team, naming five new executive vice-presidents.  

The changes came into force on 1 December 2025, with all new appointees reporting directly to president and CEO Adolfo Orive.  

Marco Dorna has been promoted to executive vice-president for market pperations.  

He joined Tetra Pak in 2004 and has since worked in a series of commercial and leadership roles.  

His previous posts include key account director for the Arabia area, Brazil and South Africa, and managing director for Central America and Caribbean.  

In 2022, he became managing director for Brazil. 

Tatiana Liceti has moved into the role of executive vice-president for packaging solutions, after serving as executive vice-president for market operations since 2021.  

She has been with the company since 1998, having held the posts of managing director for Mexico, managing director for Andina, managing director for Peru and vice-president for the Americas. 

Roberto Franchitti has been appointed executive vice-president for processing solutions and equipment.  

He had been executive vice-president for services since 2021.  

Since joining Tetra Pak in 2007, he has been cluster leader of services for South Europe, vice-president for the carton value and economy platform, and executive vice-president for services and quality. 

Ola Elmqvist takes over as executive vice-president for services, following his spell as executive vice-president for packaging solutions from 2021.  

Elmqvist, who began his career at Tetra Pak in 1990, has been cluster leader of services for Europe and Central Asia, vice-president for business unit liquid food, vice-president for supply chain operations in Greater China, managing director of Tetra Pak Southeastern Europe and executive vice-president for processing solutions and equipment. 

Martin Scott has been named executive vice-president for sustainability and communications.  

He has been executive vice-president for communications from 2024.  

Scott joined Tetra Pak in 2018 and has been vice-president for internal communications and vice-president external and internal communications. 

In November 2025, Tetra Pak and supermarket chain Mega Image began an eight-month pilot in the Romanian cities of Bucharest and Brașov to collect used beverage and dairy cartons through reverse vending machines.  

The companies are working alongside partners Maspex, Tomra and Brai Cata for the initiative.
