US packaging supplier The Boxery has launched a new series of heavy-duty corrugated boxes for 2025, designed to address product damage in transit and reduce packaging waste in high-demand shipping environments.

The latest range features double-wall board for added protection and a broader mix of carton sizes for more accurate product fit.

It also includes options compatible with recyclable, water-based barrier coatings for routes exposed to moisture.

The expanded line-up is now stocked for delivery across the US.

The wider assortment is intended for operations looking to cut return rates linked to in-transit damage and lower dimensional weight (DIM) fees.

It is also designed to support recyclability goals as parcel and freight networks continue to place strain on packaging performance.

The line includes reinforced designs for heavier or more delicate goods, an extensive catalogue of stock sizes to reduce the need for overboxing and excess void fill, and moisture-resistant formats aimed at cold-chain-adjacent shipments and high-humidity transport.

The Boxery pointed to four main elements of the release: rugged doublewall constructions for weighty stock-keeping units (SKUs), right-sized formats intended to limit void fill and DIM surcharges, fibre based solutions using recyclable and repulpable coatings, and consistent stock availability across its nationwide network.

The company also underscored the ongoing role of fibre-based packaging in logistics, referencing strong US corrugated recovery rates reported by the American Forest & Paper Association and continued e-commerce expansion reflected in US Census Bureau figures.

Operations teams can use the broader range to standardise packaging SKUs, cut damage-related returns and better align box dimensions with product requirements.
