The company’s upgraded site strengthens its global services network, supporting rising customer demand, new product lines and ongoing innovation in the pharmaceutical cold chain industry.

The Allentown operation has moved 10 miles (16km) from its previous location to a facility near the US Route 22 corridor.
The expansion increases the total area from 63,000ft² to 90,100ft², allowing for greater operational capacity and improved service efficiency across North America and beyond.
The upgraded site will be formally inaugurated on 11 November 2025.
The expansion reflects Peli BioThermal’s continued investment in the region and its focus on strengthening support for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients.

In October 2025, Peli BioThermal completed an expansion of its Frankfurt Service Centre, increasing its capacity threefold.
The enlarged facility benefits from a central location as well as Frankfurt’s proximity to the international airport.
The upgraded site now offers greater operational capacity, improved conditioning technology and quicker turnaround times to accommodate time-critical pharmaceutical products.
