Goplasticpallets.com has introduced a new Euro-format plastic pallet in the UK, offering an alternative to conventional wooden pallets.
The SF 800 PEL weighs 8.3kg and is intended for logistics operations where low weight is a priority, including exports and airfreight.

The pallet measures 1,200mm × 800mm × 145mm.
It comes in either 100% recycled high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or virgin material for companies that need to meet specific hygiene requirements.
At the end of its service life, it can be recycled.
The model has three closed runners and uniform dimensions, making it suitable for automated handling systems. Its racking load capacity is up to 200kg.
Made to match the dimensions of a standard wooden Euro pallet, the product allows companies to move from timber pallets without altering pallet specifications.
As the pallet complies with ISPM15 rules, it does not require the heat treatment normally linked to wooden pallets used for overseas shipping.
The SF 800 PEL avoids some of the common issues found with wooden pallets, such as debris, exposed nails and splinters, which can affect workplace safety, goods protection and cleanliness in warehouse and production settings.
