They are aimed at manufacturing, distribution and logistics operations, including sites that handle components of different sizes in sectors such as automotive.
The boxes could provide another option for businesses that currently spend time looking for suitable packaging before choosing metal stillages or custom-built wooden crates.
The CabCube XL 1512 measures 1,500mm × 1,200mm × 750mm.
It has a capacity of 924 litres and a dynamic load rating of 300kg. Folded down, it has a height of 225mm and a return ratio of 1:3.5.
The CabCube XL 1612 measures 1,610mm × 1,208mm × 750mm.
It offers a capacity of 983 litres and a dynamic load rating of 350kg. The company said it provides the same space-saving benefits when folded.
Both units have nine feet and a folding system for assembly and collapse.
They are made from recycled plastic and can be recycled at the end of their service life.
According to the company, the sleeve packs are designed for repeated use in closed-loop supply chains, with the aim of cutting packaging waste and supporting sustainability goals.
Goplasticpallets.com sales director Dan Starnes said: “We are excited to exclusively bring these innovative sleeve packs to the UK market. We believe they are the perfect fit for businesses handling oversized, non-standard and difficult-to-store products. The CabCube XLs will not only boost operational efficiency but also help businesses avoid the costs associated with custom-built packaging solutions.
“Unlike the majority of oversized pallet boxes that have been cut and shut to accommodate larger products, the CabCube XL range has been engineered specifically for oversized loads, delivering maximum strength and integrity across the supply chain.”
