After Promens has taken over Bonar Plastics in September 2005, it possesses two major players in the field of material handling products. Saeplast, well known for its range of
tubs for the fish and meat industry was already owned by the Icelandic group.

As of March 1st 2006 Bonar Plastics will represent Saeplast in Austria, Germany and Switzerland. Bonar Plastics has been building their range of products for the food industry over the past years mainly for bulk and liquid products.
"To represent Saeplast in the German speaking countries seems a logical step where we are combining Bonar Plastics local presence and the Saeplast products" says Wim Henk Stoppkotte, Director Sales & Marketing for Material Handling products in North-Europe.
"It is not without reason that our first combined appearance will take place at the Anuga FoodTec in Cologne. It shows our commitment to our strategy of growing our position in the food industry".

And at the Anuga FoodTec, the stand will even show three more novelties:

  • The Hopper all plastic transport silo both for bulk products and the new Hopper with a 2" horizontal outlet for liquids
  • The new Saeplast meat container for the meat and poultry processing industry
  • The new range of multi-purpose all plastic and nestable PolyCombo’s (several sizes from 780L to 1,370L)

The ANUGA FOODTEC will take place in Cologne (Germany) April 4th till 7th. Bonar Plastics and Saeplast can be found in Hall 6 stand G039.
