Gráficas Salaet manufactures baking cups for muffins, different cardboard plates and trays, paper doilies, cellulose and Kraft paper bags, cake boards, special shapes, paper reels, etc.

Round baking moulds

Our round baking moulds can be manufactured in a wide range of sizes and qualities, including natur papers and poly-coated, to meet the needs of our customers. They are designed to be part of the packaging; these baking moulds have a silicone coating for easier release. They are heat-resistant and seamless, which eliminates leaking.

Round baking moulds: oven-proof and greaseproof, and can be manufactured in a wide range of sizes and papers.

Micro flute baking trays: oven-proof and silicone coated for easier release, with a brown glassine finish.

Packaging trays: these products are focused on markets such as confectionery, bakery, meat industry and fruit industry. They can be manufactured in laminated cardboard, folding extruded, anti-humidity cardboard and Kraft liner, among others.

Muffin cups: we have developed a wide range of sizes and shapes, in response to our customers’ needs.

The new ‘Aries’ line, a combination of plate and doily (doily-dish), finished on white, black and gold.

Micro flute baking trays

Manufactured in various sizes, micro flute baking trays are designed to be a part of the packaging. They are oven-proof and grease-proof for easier release. Our micro flute baking trays come with a brown glassine finish.

Packaging trays

Packaging trays, our new product, are designed for food packaging and, depending on their characteristics, will be focused on markets such as confectionery, bakery, meat industry, fruit industry, etc.

The manufacturing process allows us to adapt to the sizes and forms required by the client. Our packaging trays can be manufactured in laminated cardboard, folding extruded, anti-humidity cardboard and Kraft liner, among others.

Baking cups

Since our inception, we have developed baking cups in a wide range of sizes and shapes, in response to our customers’ needs. Our baking cups can be manufactured in 32gsm, industrial use or 70gsm and 90gsm slip-easy and regular paper.

Cardboard trays and plates

We manufacture gold or silver metallised cardboard trays and plates. Cardboard cakeboards and gold / silver or brick bases for smoked food and vacuum packing are some of the standard products we offer.

Our cardboard trays and plates can be manufactured in various sizes and shapes, like the new ‘Aries’ line, a combination of plate and doily (doily-dish), finished on white, black and gold.

Paper doilies

Paper doilies are the perfect complement to our cardboard plates and trays. We have different qualities and sizes, as well as specific lines for hostelry: a special line of custom lace doilies.

We also offer a wide range of glassine paper doilies in white or brown, with alimentary paraffin treatment. Our paper doilies are printed, waterproof and have low temperature resistance.

Paper bags

Our paper bags are made of 35g/m² Kraft or cellulose paper, 60g/m² coated and 40g/m² greaseproof, and they offer the possibility of multiple types of printing. Bread bags, fast food, gifts, fruit, advertising campaigns and pharmacies are some of the target markets for our paper bags.

Printed paper and placemats

Our printed paper and placemats can be manufactured in silk paper, cellulose, Kraft and coated, all in different weights, to offer a wide range of qualities to offer each customer the best solution for their needs.

Placemats can be manufactured in various formats, with engraving white paper and flexo printing, offering the ideal complement to serve your product to the final consumer.

Cake boxes

Our cake boxes are manufactured in cardboard and gold metallised cardboard for pastry, chocolates and cakes.They can be standard or custom printed. Simplicity in form and functionality is what we offer on these items; they are ideal for transporting your product safely. Rectangular, square and hexagonal cake boxes are some of the available options.
