The blister packaging machine Noack N 921 boasts a packaging performance of up to 500 blisters a minute. The GMP-compliant Macofar Micro 18 micro dosing machine produces a maximum output of 18,000 vials an hour.

The products are on show at Pharmtech in Moscow, Russia, on 22-25 November 2011, Crocus Expo, Pavilion 2, Hall 8, Booth D31.

Noack N 921 blister packaging machine

A minimum of required space and maximum efficiency are the main characteristics of the blister packaging machine Noack N 921. The rotary sealing machine impresses with its ergonomic design and its length of less than 4m. The plant boasts a packaging performance of up to 500 blisters per minute. Balcony design and servo drives improve product safety and harmonise all mechanical movements. The patented feeding unit QuickFeed enables product changes within seconds. Tool-free format changeover marks another advantage especially for small batch sizes.

The Noack N 921 offers absolute flexibility regarding blister layout and batch size. Whether for tablets, soft or hard gelatine capsules and oblongs, the N 921 offers specific blistering solutions for all applications. The transfer of the blisters is optionally carried out laterally or parallel to the running direction, hereby realising all possible line configurations. QuickAdjust automatically adjusts the run of the blister foils at the coding, perforation and cutting stations.

During production, laser detectors immediately compensate deviations due to different materials, thus guaranteeing constant high blister quality. The combination with a continuous Promatic cartoner results in a highly automated line concept.

Macofar Micro 18 micro dosing machine

The Micro 18 monobloc micro dosing machine is an expert solution from Romaco Macofar for filling sterile pharmaceutical powders into vials. The vials are guided through the filling, weighing and stoppering stations of the intermittent system on integrated star wheels. The product is dosed by means of a vacuum pressure-assisted system. Before, during and after filling, the vials can be flushed with nitrogen. A drying unit reduces the humidity in the critical filling area, while the vertical laminar flow assures sterile conditions for filling and dosing into the vials. All in all, this GMP compliant machine boasts a maximum output of 18,000 vials an hour.
