AR Metallizing has solidified its leadership position by acquiring Malaga Produtos Metalizados, a high-quality manufacturer of labelling products in Brazil. Today, Malaga Produtos Metalizados is a major player in the Brazilian metallized paper market.
Malaga Produtos Metalizados will be a fully owned subsidiary of AR Metallizing. The acquisition has no impact on the jobs of the company’s 164 employees. Also the members of the Malaga family will remain active.
