The industry’s overall hiring decreased by 9.43% in June 2021 compared with May 2021.

Top five packaging companies in China IT recruitment activity in June 2021
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average decline of 23.68% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of China packaging industry during June 2021 over May 2021.
Carrier Global posted 10 IT jobs in June 2021 and registered a drop of 70.59% over the previous month, followed by Avery Dennison with 6 jobs and a 200% growth. Signify with 5 IT jobs and Mars with 4 jobs, recorded a 150% growth and a flat growth, respectively, while Shanghai Jahwa United recorded a flat growth with 4 job postings during June 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in June 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 70.69%, down by 53.41% from May 2021. Entry Level positions with a 15.52% share, a growth of 50% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with 13.79% share, down 38.46% over May 2021.
