Of the industry's total hiring activity, the highest number of new job postings were for Architecture and Engineering Occupations, which accounted for 18% of the total new job postings in Q4 2023 and were down by 50% year-on-year. Second highest were Management Occupations, which accounted for 12% and drop by 26% year-on-year, and third highest were Business and Financial Operations Occupations, which were 14% of the new job postings and 0% flat growth year-on-year.

Top five companies in packaging industry accounted for 83% of hiring activity

The highest number of jobs were posted by Tetra Pak International with 43, followed by Empresas CMPC with 33, while the highest increase was at Coesia at 52%.
