US-based company Kimberly-Clark’s IT hiring declined 1.1% in July 2021 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics.

The company’s overall hiring activity declined by 2.25% in July 2021 when compared with June 2021.

IT jobs claimed a 9.98% share in the company’s total hiring activity in July 2021, and recorded a 0.9% growth over the last three-month average share.

Out of the total IT job titles posted by Kimberly-Clark, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 63.64% in July 2021, and a 40% growth over June 2021, while Miscellaneous Computer Occupations claimed a share of 21.21% in July 2021, and registered a 12.5% decline. Computer and Information Analysts held a share of 9.09% in July 2021, a 200% rise from June 2021.

North America drives IT hiring at Kimberly-Clark

North America emerged as the leading region in the global packaging IT hiring activity in July 2021 with a 51.52% share, which marked an 88.89% growth over the previous month.

South & Central America stood next with 36.36%, registering a 9.09% month-on-month growth. Asia-Pacific was the third leading region with a 9.09% share and a 40% drop over June 2021.

In the fourth place was Europe with a share of 3.03% and a month-on-month decline of 66.67%.

The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s packaging industry IT hiring activity with a 51.52% share in July 2021, an 88.89% growth over June 2021. Argentina featured next with a 21.21% share, up 40% over the previous month.Colombia recorded a 9.09% share, an increase of 50% compared with June 2021.

Junior Level jobs lead Kimberly-Clark IT hiring activity in July 2021

Junior Level jobs held a share of 54.55%, up by 50% from June 2021. Mid Level positions with a 42.42% share, a growth of 7.69% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 3.03% share, down 66.67% over June 2021.
