The company’s overall hiring activity increased by 0.67% in August 2021 when compared with July 2021.

IT jobs claimed a 3.3% share in the company’s total hiring activity in August 2021, and recorded a 0.32% growth over the last three-month average share.
Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops PepsiCo IT hiring in August 2021
Out of the total IT job titles posted by PepsiCo, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 57.75% in August 2021, and a 46.43% rise over July 2021, while Computer and Information Analysts claimed a share of 11.27% in August 2021, and registered growth of 60%. Database and Network Administrators and Architects held a share of 9.86% in August 2021, a 46.15% drop from July 2021.

Asia-Pacific stood next with 19.72%, registering an 180% month-on-month growth. Europe was the third leading region with a 15.49% share and a 10% rise over July 2021.
The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s packaging industry IT hiring activity with a 46.48% share in August 2021, a 22.22% growth over July 2021. India featured next with a 19.72% share, up 250% over the previous month. Mexico recorded an 18.31% share, a decline of 27.78% compared with July 2021.
Junior Level jobs lead PepsiCo IT hiring activity in August 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 47.89%, flat growth from July 2021. Mid Level positions with a 38.03% share, a growth of 42.11% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 9.86% share, down 22.22% over July 2021, while Senior postings accounted for 4.23%, recording a month-on-month increase of 200%.
