US-based company The Procter & Gamble’s IT hiring an increased 37.4% in June 2021 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics.

The company’s overall hiring activity an increased by 35.57% in June 2021 when compared with May 2021.

IT jobs claimed a 9.24% share in the company’s total hiring activity in June 2021, and recorded a 1.57% growth over the last three-month average share.

Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops The Procter & Gamble IT hiring in June 2021

Out of the total IT job titles posted by The Procter & Gamble, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 45.24% in June 2021, and a 40.63% drop over May 2021, while Computer and Information Research Scientists claimed a share of 26.19% in June 2021, and registered a 10% an increase. Database and Network Administrators and Architects held a share of 14.29% in June 2021, a 25% drop from May 2021.

Europe drives IT hiring at The Procter & Gamble

Europe emerged as the leading region in the global packaging IT hiring activity in June 2021 with a 42.86% share, which marked a 45.45% drop over the previous month.

North America stood next with 42.86%, registering a 5.88% month-on-month growth. Asia-Pacific was the third leading region with an 11.9% share and a 50% drop over May 2021.

In the fourth place was South & Central America with a share of 2.38% and a month-on-month decline of 50%.

The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s packaging industry IT hiring activity with a 38.1% share in June 2021, a 5.88% decline over May 2021. Poland featured next with a 23.81% share, down 47.37% over the previous month.France recorded a 4.76% share, decline of 60% compared with May 2021.

Junior Level jobs lead The Procter & Gamble IT hiring activity in June 2021

Junior Level jobs held a share of 64.29%, down by 43.75% from May 2021. Mid Level positions with a 26.19% share, a flat growth compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Senior job ads with 4.76% share, flat growth over May 2021, while Entry Level postings accounted for 4.76%, recording a month-on-month decline of 33.33%.
