Sweden-based company AB Electrolux’s IT hiring rose 7.4% in October 2021 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics database.
The company’s overall hiring activity increased by 5.99% in October 2021 when compared with September 2021.
IT jobs claimed a 9.21% share in the company’s total hiring activity in October 2021, and recorded a 0.47% decline over the last three-month average share.
Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops AB Electrolux IT hiring in October 2021
Out of the total IT job titles posted by AB Electrolux, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 65.38% in October 2021, and a 78.95% rise over September 2021, while Miscellaneous Computer Occupations claimed a share of 23.08% in October 2021, and registered a decline of 20%. Database and Network Administrators and Architects held a share of 5.77% in October 2021, a 50% rise from September 2021.
Europe drives IT hiring at AB Electrolux
Europe emerged as the leading region in the global packaging IT hiring activity in October 2021 with a 69.23% share, which marked a 38.46% rise over the previous month.
Asia-Pacific stood next with 17.31%, registering a flat month-on-month growth. North America was the third leading region with an 11.54% share and a 60% drop over September 2021.
In the fourth place was South & Central America with a share of 1.92% and a month-on-month flat growth.
Sweden commanded a leading presence in the region’s packaging industry IT hiring activity with a 28.85% share in October 2021, a 50% growth over September 2021. Italy featured next with an 11.54% share, flat growth over the previous month. US recorded an 11.54% share, a decline of 57.14% compared with September 2021.
Junior Level jobs lead AB Electrolux IT hiring activity in October 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 76.92%, up by 42.86% from September 2021. Entry Level positions with a 19.23% share, a growth of 11.11% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 3.85% share, down 66.67% over September 2021.
