Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Ball IT hiring in December 2021
Out of the total IT job titles posted by Ball, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 45.11% in December 2021, and a 5.68% drop over November 2021, while Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a share of 30.43% in December 2021, and registered a decline of 8.2%. Computer and Information Research Scientists held a share of 14.13% in December 2021, an 8.33% rise from November 2021.

Entry Level jobs lead Ball IT hiring activity in December 2021
Entry Level jobs held a share of 55.98%, up by 13.19% from November 2021. Junior Level positions with a 27.17% share, a decline of 24.24% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with 16.3% share, flat growth over November 2021, while Senior postings accounted for 0.54%, recording a month-on-month flat growth.
