France’s packaging industry registered a 16.8% rise in IT hiring activity in September 2022 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics database.
The industry’s overall hiring increased by 13.33% in September 2022 when compared with August 2022.
Out of the packaging industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 2.53% share in September 2022, recording an increase of 0.05% over the last three-month average share.
Top five job classifications in France’s packaging industry’s IT recruitment activity in September 2022
Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 100% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of France’s packaging industry in September 2022.
1) Miscellaneous Computer Occupations recorded a share of 59.05% in September 2022, registering a 106.67% growth over the previous month.
2) Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a 27.62% share, an increase of 81.25% over the previous month.
3) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers held a share of 10.48%, registering a flat growth from August 2022.
4) Computer and Information Analysts captured a share of 1.9%, up 100% over the previous month.
Top five packaging companies in France’s IT recruitment activity in September 2022
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 113.79% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of France’s packaging industry during September 2022 over August 2022.
Unibel posted 24 IT jobs in September 2022 and registered a rise of 84.62% over the previous month, followed by Christian Dior with 12 jobs and an 1100% growth. Amcor with 12 IT jobs and Nestle with 7 jobs, recorded a 50% growth and a 75% growth, respectively, while Pernod Ricard recorded an increase of 133.33% with 7 job postings during September 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in September 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 61.9%, up by 58.54% from August 2022. Entry Level positions with a 34.29% share, registered an increase of 100% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 3.81% share, up 300% over August 2022.
