The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 12.9% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Germany’s packaging industry during October 2021 over September 2021.
Fujitsu General posted 10 IT jobs in October 2021 and registered a drop of 50% over the previous month, followed by Dr. August Oetker with 7 jobs and a 600% growth. The Swatch Group with 7 IT jobs and Hugo Boss with 6 jobs, recorded a 16.67% growth and a 500% growth, respectively, while Nestle recorded an increase of 66.67% with 5 job postings during October 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in October 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 65.12%, down by 25.33% from September 2021. Entry Level positions with an 18.6% share, registered an increase of 45.45% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with 15.12% share, down 35% over September 2021, while Senior postings accounted for 1.16%, recording a month-on-month flat growth.
