Top five packaging companies in India’s IT recruitment activity in June 2022
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average decline of 11.95% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of India’s packaging industry during June 2022 over May 2022.
Unternehmensgruppe Theo Muller S.e.c.s. posted 45 IT jobs in June 2022 and registered a drop of 31.82% over the previous month, followed by Panasonic with 39 jobs and a 20.41% drop. PepsiCo with 24 IT jobs and Charoen Pokphand Foods Public with 19 jobs, recorded a 20% growth and a 35.71% growth, respectively, while General Mills recorded an increase of 30% with 13 job postings during June 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in June 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 61.37%, down by 32.23% from May 2022. Mid Level positions with a 29.61% share, registered a decline of 18.82% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 5.15% share, down 33.33% over May 2022, while Senior postings accounted for 3.86%, recording a month-on-month increase of 50%.
