Italy’s packaging industry registered a flat growth in IT hiring activity in September 2021 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics database.
The industry’s overall hiring is decreased by 3.4% in September 2021 when compared with August 2021.
Out of the packaging industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 6.17% share in September 2021, recording an increase of 0.16% over the last three-month average share.
Top five job classifications in Italy’s packaging industry’s IT recruitment activity in September 2021
Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 100% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Italy’s packaging industry in September 2021.
1) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers recorded a share of 58.62% in September 2021, registering a 142.86% flat growth over the previous month.
2) Miscellaneous Computer Occupations claimed a 17.24% share, an increase of 25% over the previous month.
3) Database and Network Administrators and Architects held a share of 13.79%, registering a 33.33% rise from August 2021.
4) Computer Support Specialists captured a share of 10.34%, up 200% over the previous month.
Top five packaging companies in Italy’s IT recruitment activity in September 2021
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 90% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Italy’s packaging industry during September 2021 over August 2021.
AB Electrolux posted 6 IT jobs in September 2021 and registered a rise of 50% over the previous month, followed by LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton with 4 jobs and a 300% growth. Nestle with 3 IT jobs and Moncler with 3 jobs, recorded a flat growth and a flat growth, respectively, while Technogym recorded an increase of 50% with 3 job postings during September 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in September 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 68.97%, up by 66.67% from August 2021. Entry Level positions with a 20.69% share, registered an increase of 100% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 10.34% share, up 200% over August 2021.
