The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average decline of 21.57% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Mexico’s packaging industry during May 2022 over April 2022.
Fomento Economico Mexicano SAB de CV posted 14 IT jobs in May 2022 and registered a drop of 12.5% over the previous month, followed by Panasonic with 9 jobs and a 47.06% drop. Anheuser-Busch InBev with 7 IT jobs and The Coca-Cola with 6 jobs, recorded a 12.5% decline and a flat growth, respectively, while Ball recorded a flat growth with 4 job postings during May 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in May 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 84.91%, down by 25% from April 2022. Entry Level positions with a 9.43% share, registered an increase of 66.67% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 5.66% share, flat growth over April 2022.
