The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 32.26% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Mexico’s packaging industry during October 2021 over September 2021.
Panasonic posted 15 IT jobs in October 2021 and registered a flat growth over the previous month, followed by Fomento Economico Mexicano SAB de CV with 13 jobs and a 160% growth. PepsiCo with 7 IT jobs and British American Tobacco with 3 jobs, recorded a 40% growth and a 40% decrease, respectively, while Diageo recorded an increase of 200% with 3 job postings during October 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in October 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 73.21%, up by 36.67% from September 2021. Mid Level positions with a 16.07% share, registered a decline of 10% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 10.71% share, flat growth over September 2021.
