The industry’s overall hiring is decreased by 2.34% in October 2022 when compared with September 2022.
Out of the packaging industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 4.64% share in October 2022, recording an increase of 0.43% over the last three-month average share.
Top five job classifications in Netherlands packaging industry’s IT recruitment activity in October 2022
Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 100% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Netherlands packaging industry in October 2022.
1) Database and Network Administrators and Architects recorded a share of 36.11% in October 2022, registering an 85.71% growth over the previous month.
2) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers claimed a 30.56% share, a flat growth over the previous month.
3) Miscellaneous Computer Occupations held a share of 22.22%, registering a 100% rise from September 2022.
4) Computer and Information Analysts captured a share of 11.11%, down 20% over the previous month.

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 228.57% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Netherlands packaging industry during October 2022 over September 2022.
JDE Peet’s posted 7 IT jobs in October 2022 and registered a rise of 250% over the previous month, followed by Royal FrieslandCampina with 6 jobs and a 100% growth. Heineken with 5 IT jobs and Ardagh Group with 3 jobs, recorded a flat growth and a 50% growth, respectively, while Aviko recorded a flat growth with 2 job postings during October 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in October 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 77.78%, up by 40% from September 2022. Mid Level positions with an 11.11% share, registered a decline of 50% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Senior job ads with 5.56% share, flat growth over September 2022, while Entry Level postings accounted for 5.56%, recording a month-on-month flat growth.
