The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average decline of 30% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s packaging industry during November 2022 over October 2022.
Ardagh Group posted 3 IT jobs in November 2022 and registered a drop of 25% over the previous month, followed by Carlsberg with 3 jobs and a 66.67% drop. Reckitt Benckiser Group with 3 IT jobs and Philip Morris International with 3 jobs, recorded a 50% decline and a 200% growth, respectively, while Mondelez International recorded a flat growth with 2 job postings during November 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in November 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 70%, down by 63.16% from October 2022. Entry Level positions with a 25% share, registered an increase of 25% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 5% share, down 75% over October 2022.
