Poland’s packaging industry registered a 22.1% drop in IT hiring activity in November 2022 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics database.
The industry’s overall hiring is decreased by 10.98% in November 2022 when compared with October 2022.
Out of the packaging industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 6.69% share in November 2022, recording a decrease of 1.4% over the last three-month average share.
Top five job classifications in Poland’s packaging industry’s IT recruitment activity in November 2022
Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 100% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s packaging industry in November 2022.
1) Database and Network Administrators and Architects recorded a share of 40% in November 2022, registering a 50% decline over the previous month.
2) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers claimed a 30% share, a decrease of 57.14% over the previous month.
3) Miscellaneous Computer Occupations held a share of 15%, registering a 57.14% decline from October 2022.
4) Computer and Information Analysts captured a share of 10%, down 75% over the previous month.
Top five packaging companies in Poland’s IT recruitment activity in November 2022
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average decline of 30% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s packaging industry during November 2022 over October 2022.
Ardagh Group posted 3 IT jobs in November 2022 and registered a drop of 25% over the previous month, followed by Carlsberg with 3 jobs and a 66.67% drop. Reckitt Benckiser Group with 3 IT jobs and Philip Morris International with 3 jobs, recorded a 50% decline and a 200% growth, respectively, while Mondelez International recorded a flat growth with 2 job postings during November 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in November 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 70%, down by 63.16% from October 2022. Entry Level positions with a 25% share, registered an increase of 25% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 5% share, down 75% over October 2022.
